Sandline Training's 70-621 class teaches MCSDT students how to install, upgrade and configure the Windows Vista operating system as well as how to support end-users with network connectivity, security, application installation, and compatibility issues and logon problems. It also teaches how to identify technical problems that can occur in an organization's client computers. The course will focus on five main troubleshooting areas: operating system, hardware, networking, security, and applications.
